Random June

We're half way through October!  I must keep moving!!
Lunch date with Daddy and sweet treats with Christine.  :)

Daddy all dressed up for his interview.... threw his hat in the ring for principal of his high school.... got it!  It was a crazy summer because of it, and a wild and crazy fall!  But it's all good!  :)  Super proud family here!!

While Tim was working on the gutters in the rain... my favorite: short track nudesters.

Fun at the Y.  Our "garden" and our flock.

I told you... we look good.

Graduation receptions... GOOD eats...I mean times.

This boy LOVES him a good game.  Currently he is up 4 games to NONE in Candyland with me!  Also, back in June, he got sick.  With all the new job stuff, and my first VBS, we missed the signs of adrenal crisis.  :(  Bad parenting.  Fortunately, we knew what to do - did it - and he recovered wonderfully by the next day.

LOVE this boy.

Spring Soccer

Spring soccer came to a sweltering end in June.  The kids had a great time, loved their medals, and the cookies from Coaches/Cousins Jeremy and Emily!

Yep.  That's Tim's son... - looking good for the camera!!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day at the farm.... a little creek walkin'.

Why can't I go too?!

Colts Open House

Tim, Grandpa Tim, and the kids trekked to the stadium to check out some seats and take in the sights.  The experience was a bit daunting at first, but eventually everyone got into it and had a great time.  Field goals to kick, obstacles to run, autographs, food, and top row seats to explore!

My First VBS

Operation Overboard 2012
Decor.... Our yellow submarine and under sea adventure
(My friend helping me with the stage mentioned that we need not go big.... they can use their imaginations... then she left town.  - insert big cheesy grin - I went a little bigger than we discussed!)

It went GREAT!  Everyone had a great time and we had record setting numbers!  "Color-of-the-night" was a huge hit, too!  My kiddos loved it and would wake up ready to go.  I found Cooper coloring his fish.  :)

Celebration Sunday.  Singing in the service and then partying it up!  Pond fun and noodle hockey!  (**I love [/H... A... T... E...] that my kids aren't afraid of dark water.:(  )

My first VBS... I deem it a success - as did many others.  And not because of anything I did - I had a great staff of volunteers!!  And I may or may not have already started planning next year.....  ;)
