Easter Party Days

The kids were pretty excited for their Easter party days at preschool. They got to decorate eggs and were super proud of them! :)

Cousin Sleep Over

(Just keep posting.... Just keep posting.... Sheesh.)

Nicholas came for a sleep over and he did a great job! He's not exactly on our schedule, but we made it work! Our kiddos were ready for bed before 8:00... him not till almost 10! But the boy loves to play ball, so we did! He slept fine. I did not. I woke up at 3AM hearing my aunt Toby telling the story of when I rolled off the bed, then under it, at her house and was hidden for an hour in the night before they found me. She kept thinking, "How and I going to tell my brother I lost his only child?!" Nick was FINE.... my imagination just got the best of me!!

I told him in the morning if he was going to hang with us he had to fend for himself... so he did! :) Big boy with a spoon! AND - we were all ready for church ON TIME, when Grace said, "Um mom. Nicholas smells bad." It's been a while since departure time was foiled by a poopy diaper! Ha! After church we headed to the farm where we had to try a photo shoot. Good times!

Round Em Up!!

Time to round up all the Kindergartners in the county - And we have one!! Good job on eye and teeth exams. (Eyes are good for now, but she has glasses in her future... shocking!) Shots were all done ahead of time. (It takes four adults to hold her down - we don't need an audience for that!!) So glad Dad could come with us for a little bit. That day I was totally a duck - calm on top; paddling like mad underneath! As of today - I'm doing ok. I know she is super excited and ready. After our info night last week, I know she'll be in good hands. I still have the summer.....

Warm Weather

Arms and Legs.... I love seeing them again... they are so loooong this year!!

WHO is watching the kids?!?!?!

It's hard to be seriously mad about them being nudey in the back yard.... or getting into the hose and dirt..... or throwing rocks ALL OVER the back yard and pool cover.... when you really weren't watching them. Just listening to them, from the kitchen, having fun together, outside. Really hard.
