Our First Christmas ....

With Lil' Miss Remi!
Merry Christmas Remi!!  We love you and feel so blessed to have you in our lives!!  She LOVED the ribbon on her gift (probably more than the books - which Grace spent at least 20 minutes picking out.  We had to find the one that had something FUN to touch on every page.  She was so cute in the book store with about 10 of the touch and feel books scattered around her on the floor!!) and we love our clay and our new hats!  I can't wait for the next snow and our matching hats.... on my new camera, which shipped today!!!

One more Christmas to go..... :)

Artists in the house

New Year's Eve Party - Drake Style!

We partied it up good this year!  We started out with a road trip to the high school to play some Big Ball Soccer.  (No one was injured, despite my lethal kicks!  :) )  We also had some "photo booth" fun, board games, and movie night.  We watched Tangled, so of course we had some "Tangled" mac and cheese for dinner!  We had our own count down and toasted with some sparkling apple juice!  Happy 2012!!  PERFECT!!

New Year's Eve - Day

Grace trying out her press on nails.... 8 of them lasted through the night and breakfast, then the rest of them were promptly removed.  Now she knows.....Ha!
Big Balls - we go big or go home!  (Thank you Uncle Ben and Aunt Laura and Cousin Nick!)
Cousins hanging out.  I've said it before and I'll say it again - that kid is a hoot!

Christmas at the Farm

Sad about the camera still.  BUT.  We were ridiculously blessed by our family and we had a wonderful time at the farm with them.  :)  Contrary to what Nick might look like in this picture.  Ha!

Christmas Morning 2011

My camera broke on Christmas Eve.  :(
So my pictures of this year are NOT GOOD.  :(
Very sad, but at least we have blurry documentation of our fun. Sigh.
Santa brought us a Squeenky organizer and a remote control Mini Cooper.  :)
Looking at these pictures, it reminds me how fun it was to watch them open their gifts together and to give them to each other.  Grace had added several things to the pile giving me a pen and a drawn picture and Tim a magnet.  SO CUTE!
We also enjoyed our Powdered Snowmen breakfast, holding several new things while we watched Cars2, and our Jesus in a Blanket lunch!

Oh, and the new camera has been ordered!  Yay!
